At Auralixo, S.R.L. ("Auralixo", "we", "us") we process your personal data in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic. This Policy describes what information we collect, for which purposes, on which legal bases and what your rights are.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your name and email address. When you browse the site, we collect technical data such as device type, operating system, preferred language, visited pages and cookie-derived data, only if you accept them.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your data to (i) send you communications about projects and educational content, (ii) reply to enquiries, (iii) improve the site and measure the performance of our campaigns, and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations in the Dominican Republic.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (article 6 of Law 172-13), on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship started when you subscribe, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing fraud.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the subscription is active or a relationship exists with you, and for the legal periods applicable after that. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any of our emails.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We only share it with technology providers acting as data processors (email delivery, analytics, hosting) under agreements that require equivalent security measures.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the Dominican Republic. In such cases we require adequate contractual safeguards that ensure a level of protection equivalent to Law 172-13.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacy@auralixo.com. You can also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Dominican Republic.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure.
